It's that high pitched "whistle?"
A/C must be running - stops immediately when A/C turned off.
Must be >85F outside, must have been sitting at idle for a few minutes, as at a stop light.
Can also make the sound if driving at a steady freeway speed and then accelerating.
Goes away after 5-30 seconds.
