I had my LR3 into my local tire shop - very reputable family business with many stores here in MA (Sullivan Tire). They were fixing a software issue with the software flash for my air suspension. Long story short I had to replace the system - failed compressors, leaking air bags, etc. But ever since I've had issues with the software setting the ride and leveling the LR3, especially if it sits a month or so (it's not my primary driver).
After that last fix over Thanksgiving my Nav Center disappeared with a message saying it's not loaded. Sullivan Tire is looking into it. I think the updated software flash they did had a cascade effect and knocked out my navigation.
They're as confused/non-plussed as I am. I wanted to see if anyone here has experienced a similar Nav Center loss so that I may be able to provide my guys with more information.
Thanks!

I have a 2007 LR3 with the same problem. Purchased it about 4 months ago
and have had problem since day one.
The info screen comes up and the 4x4 display works.
When the nav option is selected it says "nav not fitted".
The nav computer is a dvd drive under the drivers seat.
Raise the seat fully up and forward and them the drive can
be accessed from behind the seat. Try ejecting the nav disk, if
you get no response the drive is probably good but is getting no
power. Your bluetooth is probably not working either since they
are both connected via the same wiring.
Try checking the fuses, not sure which is the one, might be F49,52 or 58.
All mine were good and even a replacement drive did not work. My problem
is obviously a fault in the wiring which I have not been able to find.

If you find out any more information, please let me know.
My temp fix is a Garmin Drive Smart 65 which fits over the nav
display quite nicely - you can also get the bluetooth backup camera from
Garmin also.

Thanks! I forgot where it was and frankly have been focused on other things. Thanks and I'll pass this along to them.

Update: The shop got back to me yesterday saying they went to check my issue and the Nav was working as designed. They double-checked for me and when I picked it up I had the same results. It's working! Mysteriously it fixed itself and is working again as neither I nor anyone at the shop did anything on it..... Maybe it prefers the shop to my house! :)
Anyway, thanks for the guidance. All good for now and in time to play in 12"+ of snow!

Hey Ernest
I have a 2006 LR3, same problem. Mine just randomly stopped working several years ago. Do you have a pic of the Garmin installed in your LR3?
Thank you
Philip

Its a Garmin Drive Smart 65. Pics on their website.
You probably don't have blue tooth either since its connected
to the same circuit as the Nav.
The Garmin unit has blue tooth so solves both problems.
