Newbe 4 low Question

Well to start off I just bought my first Rover! Its a Green 96 Disco! Ive wanted one for soooo long and now I got it!!

Well heres my question... my disco didnt have a manual to it, and I cant figure out for the life of me how to switch it into 4 low.....Ive tried everything!!! Please help!!!
