Obd 2 coeds P 0130 and 1193

I have a check engine lite with the codes P 0130 and 1193. I know these are oxygen sensor problems but how do you tell which one is bad. Need also a good place to pick up a new sensor if that is what is needed. This is a 97 Disco with a V8 engine.

Shuttle Valve Question

I have a 2002 Discovery 2 with 85,000 miles. Replaced shuttle valve. 3 amigos came on immediately after replacement 2 times. Lights have not come on again after a month of driving. Can anyone explain why they came on twice and then disappeared?
