P0183 - Fuel Temperature Sensor A Circuit High

Hi All,

i have a Discovery 4 HSE 3.0 2013 and last week started with this error i check and this error are related to the fuel temperature sensor, using a user scan i check that is showing temperature of fuel as -40 C that is impossible here in Brazil, can someone help me to find where is located this sensor in my Disco to replace the same

sensor is located on the rear of the passenger fuel rail, close to the firewall.
