Passenger Cup Holder Installation

Does any one know how to install passenger side cup holder? I am going to replace my old one and I just want to know if it is an easy install.
Dont know where to start?

I need to replace my passenger cup holder. It currently won't close. I can find the part but it doesn't including installation instructions.

Can anyone share their steps if they replaced theirs lately? Thanks!
