Problems with my former login and password

Dear Forum Administrators.
I have had to re register my self with a new user name and email due to problems with my old account.
Somw how my password is not recognized by the system and did not let me login, and when I requested to reset password, the newely reseted password never came into my email.
My former username was Chuyrdzc.
Please advice on what steps to follow.

I had the same problem, and had to re-register....
