I have had the same thing happen twice. Try pulling and replacing the fuses that relate to media and audio. On my 2006 LR3 the culprit was fuse 53. The fuse was not blown and if it happens again I will try replacing that fuse before doing further trouble shooting.

Mine did this one time. Pulled the fuse, all was fine again.
