Rear Access Ladder

Going to pick one of these up on Monday. Looked at the install directions
online, seems pretty staight forward. Does anybody have experience with
installation?? Mr. Woods, I thought I saw one on your truck, any helpful
hints would be much appreciated.

I installed the rear ladder on my 05 LR3 a few months back. It was a pretty straight forward deal and took about an hour. The only thing I recall that was out of the ordinary was that I had to drill into the hatch where the screws mounted to ladder. The holes in the hatch where the latch/light mounts were slightly smaller than the ladder required. I just needed the drill to enlarge the hole slightly.

Thanks for the reply 34. Does the paneling on the inside of the door just lift
out?
