Seat/Seat Belt Mounting

What size fasteners are used to (1) attach the front seat to the floor and (2) attach the outer anchor of the second row shoulder belt to the structure behind the rear quarter trim panel?

If I recall I think the seat bolts are 10mm. I don't know the belt size but I would bet it is the same.
