Probably need to replace the serpentine belt and that secondary belt as well...have the chirping noise when it's cold, plus I have 122k on it and I'm not sure if the dealer ever did them. Is it recommended to replace both the tensionsers too?
Thanks!

Yes, get the updated tensioner

I would at that many miles. Also why not do it all at once if you can afford the parts instead of waiting for it to go bad and doing the whole process over again.

Updated Idler Pulley
new style (part #: PQR500350)
New one has a lip on either side for the belt to stay seated

I'd just get the Idler pulley and switch it out for the updated version. But check the tensioners while the belts are off.

This part , that you talking about is called IDLER PULLEY , not a tensioner and yes , change this part while you have belts off . I would change both tensioners too.

So just get this straight the parts list would be:
1. Primary belt
2. Secondary Belt
3. Primary tensioner
4. Secondary tensioner
5. Idler Pulley

From Roverparts.com

Pulley Idler Primary Belt-Updated - Item: PQR500350G - $58.95

Tensioner Primary Belt - Item: PQG500030G - $99.95

Tensioner Secondary Belt - Item: PQG500220G - $149.95

Belt Kit: One Primary & One Secondary Belt For V8 Engine Vehicles - Item: PQR500330SKA - $39.95

Total - $348.80

I've never changed a tensioner or Idler pulley on a car before, just belts.
