Small body hardware

Hello all, this is a bit of small potatoes but I am stuck trying to find a small piece of hardware to re-attach the rear tailgate mantle that houses the license plate lights and camera. Napa or other go to's don't carry it and LR Winnipeg has told me it is not available through them.

Any thoughts?

Any of these look familiar? I am thinking perhaps part # 10 in the first diagram?
