steering wheel shakes at 60+mph

I had a set of Pirellis on my LR3 that did that. Could not get them balanced and just had to ride out their life with the suspect set on the rear. No issues once we did that.

That said, I found @Popham's post very educational. So, the vibration that pops up at 45-55mph, does it pop back up when you double or triple that speed? You mentioned 140mph, which is why I was curious.

Lots of good in that post but 80 ft lbs is below the LR wheel torque no?

Geez, you're absolutely right... it's 103 ft/lbs. My bad. I was so used to the BMWs I've run that I stuck that in. I'll edit the post if I can to prevent others from following. Thanks.
