strange warning buzzer?

Started my 95 D1 today...loud ele. sound.(high-pitched alarm)..I shifted ito "R", and noise went away...shifted back into "P", noise returned,....pushed in shifter button, noise stopped...a few minutes later, no more noise...?????any one else ever have this happen????

Sounds like the noise when the t-case is shifted into neutral. Just my thoughts. Not sure where the sensor is, maybe someone else can say where it is and how to fix it.
