To powder coat or not to powder coat....?

I just bought a silver LR3 and really liked the look of black wheels on my previous vehicle which was dark grey so I'd like some opinions...

There is a lot of black on the LR3's and I think black wheels tie in well but I also think the silver on silver looks good.

Black is maybe more aggressive looking?

I just ordered Cooper Zeon LTZ 285/60/18's to give it some "stance".

I like black. Wish I had done it sooner (like when the tires were off). Just sprayed these with rustolum metalic black:

Do it and never look back.

I powder coated my 20'' supercharged rims and definitely like the look. The only issue i've had is that if you go through some really deep mud (with little rocks in it) or bang them on a rock i haven't found a way to get out the scratches. Paint may be a more serviceable option.
