TPMS repair kit

Anyone swap out wheels and get any replacement parts for the TPMS kit. (sleeves, gasket/o-rings) I just swapped over some wheels and didnt like that I had to reuse the the sleeve and gasket sealing the sensor. I assume I can match them up with a Ford part.....havent tried to the stealer yet.

Haven't done it yet, but I want to add a sensor to my spare? Is that possible?
