Unidentified plug near battery -2012 sport

I changed the battery in my 2012 sport and there is an unidentified plug near the battery. The end looks clean, so I think it was attached somewhere but I can’t locate an open socket or receptacle. Vehicle runs but sounds a bit rough. Help! . Photo attached

I have a 2011 sport. I just checked mine. That same wire is also there and not connected to anything . I think it is supposed to be like that. Must be for an option I assume. Was it running rough before the battery change ?

That connector is for the battery saver module. Used during shipping.
The battery saver module is removed when the pre delivery inspection is performed.
