I just bought a 1995 Discovery and under my seat there were two wires just laying out. they look llike they were ripped from out of something. the wires are black and purple. when i open the door the lights inside flash. I think it happened when i touched the wires together on accident and they sparked. that is when the problem started. The car came with the original alarm but it is missing the light in the dash because of an after market cd player was installed. When i lock the car the outside lights flash three times as they should. I dont know what happened. thanks to anyone who can help me.
