Will I need spacers switching to stock 19" wheels?

I have an 06 SE V6 with the stock 18" 5 spoke wheels. I am looking at picking up a set of stock 19" HSE 6 spoke wheels (5x120 pattern). Will I need spacers or will the 19's bolt right on? Thanks for any knowledge on this.

That's my plan. I got the 19's absolute mint for $350. Time to start searching the threads on tires. Thanks for the input.

Can you verify that that is indeed the lug pattern? I might be looking for some aftermarket wheels and want to make sure.
