Has anyone replaced the weather stripping on the back window and side windows of their disco. if so how difficult is it and how long would it take?

Haven't replaced them, but I did fix mine with some adhesive sealant, some masking tape and a little water.
Mask off the cracked area, add sealant, wet finger or whatever you want to use to smooth the sealant out, let dry over night. Fixed for 4 years running on mine.
