Windshield replacement

Hey all... I'm getting my windshield replaced this week by my insurance company, and they had the replacement quoted by Safelite at $900! So if anyone out there doesn't have a low deductible comprehensive policy, or a separate glass policy, I would highly recommend adding one of those two to your insurance coverage. $900 is a lot to pay for a surprise maintenance item!

Do you have the heated windshield or standard? I would upgrade if you have the standard... all the wiring should be there ont the 2000, just have to turn on the feature.
