Wiper Issue

When I turn my wipers on to the first intermittant setting the wipes go about half way and stop like they don't have enough power. The work correctly on all other speeds except the wipe once feature which the wipes also stop midway. ***?

This is your switch starting to go bad. Mine (when it is cold) only works for the first few minutes if I hold the intermittent all the way down.

Is this part easy to replace without major disassembly?

Two screws and two plugs... about 20 minutes the first time you try.
