brakes and tires at 32K isn't that bad .. and you're probably not going to find much out there that compares in size and utility. I would avoid a Land Cruiser -- I just got out of my 2005 through a buy back.. terrible in terms of comfort, rattle traps. Seats are the worst I've had in a...

This LR3 is Probably Best I've ever Owned

good feedback .. I wish the dealer service departments were as equally excited about enhancing customer satisfaction. Now, I can buy "purposeful"... but the "masculine" part of your review is kind of subjective. My girlfriend thinks they're more feminine looking ... especially the hind...

This LR3 is Probably Best I've ever Owned

This is the reason for taking it to a frame and alignment specialist first.. you can talk directly to a technician and get a print out with the results -- then take it to the dealer. It appears dealers in general make more effort avoiding repairs, then they do making repairs. It's a sad...

This LR3 is Probably Best I've ever Owned

I firmly believe "service" from all industries are at an all-time low... In or out of warranty, I've never taken a vehicle to a dealer for an alignment... I've always used alignment shops that specialize in high-performance vehicles.

This LR3 is Probably Best I've ever Owned

good to hear.. back in 2005 I was looking at the LR3 and was very impressed with the handling and comfort of the vehicle -- but all the initial suspension fault problems scared me away. After my purchase and buy back ordeal with a new '05 Land Cruiser, I'm back again looking at a loaded 2008 LR3...

Removing Door Panels (at non-rover shop)

Well, since I made that statement I guess I should comment .. and yes, I would be concerned. I had the top techs working on my LC at the largest and highest ranked Toyota dealer in North America -- Penske to be exact. The workmanship was excellent only after they knew what I was, or wasn't going...

Need advice about what to do with my LR3

In lieu of buying a 2005 LR3, I bought a 2005 Land Cruiser ... a long story shortened, the thing was a rattle trap from 1K miles on -- the driver door (speaker induced) and rear passenger seat rattles drove me crazy. They never could fix the rear passenger seat rattle... a safety latch that...
