Coolant Crossover Pipe Repair 5.0 V8
Unfortunately, the metal parts for the V6 are not shared with the V8. The only aluminum upgrades I'm aware of for the AJ133 V8 are the small tube between the water pump and oil cooler and the rear crossover that EuroAmp sells (which is fairly untested from what I can tell).- Androomantoo

That TSB is also for timing chain components rattling, not a broken intake flap rattling. Thankfully the problem doesn't seem very common at all.- Androomantoo

Decided the orange peel doesn’t bother me that much so I’m forgoing wet sanding for the time being. 5w-30 isn't going to hurt this engine any (especially in the warmer temps of Spring/Summer) and Molygen meets or exceeds the 925 spec.
