How old is the fuel in the tank? Could it be something simple like that? Ethanol starts to break down pretty quickly. -
I tried fitting an Optima back in 2009 to no avail. The terminals were backwards and when I got the other style with reversed terminals...

Both air boxes feed into a single throttle body so both banks will be drawing from the same source.
