Trading the LR4 for a Ford Raptor. So parts have to go.
1. 20" Redbourne Duke wheels with 275/45/20 Cooper ZEON LTZ tires with 7.25mm of tread and I believe they start with 11mm so 70-75% tread life left or aprox 35k miles estimate, maybe more. Awesome wheels and tires. Only a little rash on...
Here's mine:) not sure why the pic is so ******? 13 Yamaha 242LS
I agree on the V6 probably be similar to the lr3 in torque which to me is a HUGE step backwards for my needs. My previous boat was an 07 mastercraft X1 that is lighter than my 24' Yamaha and it wasn't all that great at highway...
Yes your thoughts are correct, especially with the weight of the vehicle, plus any additional weight.
This is exactly why I am keeping my options open for my next Vehicle.
Awesome thread and good read!
Jeep and Land Rover owners feel the same way about there vehicles, seems nobody is listening. Appears they sell a lot more vehicles based on the past and current trend to appease the masses.
I guess that's why I own an 04 TJ and my 12 LR4 may stay put.
I care..... Going to be making a decision soon as I like to get a new family/tow rig every two years.
My TJ does the majority of the work commute.
So I want a killer family rig that can tow and this fits the bill for another year or now maybe longer.
Just snapped this while replying back....;)
