Plug/wire question?
It seems everything is fine. Truck runs great, has been all over the place, so the issues are solved. Now to figure out how to get a real fuel filter in the line between the tank pump and the injector pump. Anybody done this? -

Thanks all. I replaced the plug in cylinder 1, and all seems good again. Either we had a bad plug, or the wire was not set in properly. These plugs are so tough to reach, getting the wire to set properly is a PITA. Anyway, took it out for a spin, about 60 miles, and no code popped up, so I... -

OK, The truck runs terrible, still the same code P0301, so I'm thinking it is an injector problem. How do I get to the injectors? Can I field clean them, or do I have to replace them? -

Would an injector cause the "P0301 Cylinder 1 misfire detected" or do I have a bad plug/wire? The new wires and plugs cleared all the other codes, 0303, 0306, or maybe it was just the crud clearing out of the fuel. Please Help! -

I have an 01 Disco II, SE7, with about 75,000 milrs, original plugs and wires. Recently put in new plugs and wires, and it keeps throwing an 0301 code, sometimes adds an 0300 just for laughs. Could this be a bad wire or plug? The wires are a PITA to get on the plug end. The boot slides down... -

Fuel Filter Location
OK, I have an 01 DII, and my wife ran the thing damn near out of gas. I used some we keep for our generator, I don't know how old. Now the thing stumbles like a drunken sailor, and the check engine light is flashing. I figure the fuel had some condensation in it, so how do I clear this... -

Overfilled Oil
They put on the paperwork 7 quarts. I guess they didn't check the dip stick. Anyway, after draining 2 filters worth of oil out, the level is now correct, and no damage seems to be done. It runs fine, and made the 600 mile trip to Portland with no ill effects. The tech is a friend that owns... -

SE7 heater issue
I have a 2001 SE7, with about 70K miles on the clock. When the heater/AC is turned off, we get a good amount of heat coming out of the lower vents. We have to turn the system on to stop this. Is this a normal weird quirk or is their a fix for this. -
