Fog Light Bulb...
Lasfit.com has a duel led bulb.White/yellow.turn it on it goes on white. Turn it off and black on it goes on yellow. You might want to check them out. I used that brand for all my cars and no problems so far. -

Dealer Price - Alternator and Battery
I had the same problem with that noise right before it went dead. everything lit up and the LR4 died. It died on the trail going down the mountain on Owners day last year.
