Misfires on one side 3L SCV6 2015
A loose ground in the front by the cam sensors made my bank 2 misfire like that, ended up frying my ECU, well at least the coil pack part of it. Ended up tightening the ground (8mm) and having my ECU cloned to a working one. -

Starter is a timed maintenance item. I believe a cel will be triggered for it at 100k, ignore it and reset it at your own risk. It has to do with the start stop system wear. -

I bought one with a blown engine, did the swap myself. I sourced an XF engine with 12k miles for like $6k, swapped the oil pan, tapped a hole for the oil pick up and installed it along with new seals and upgraded coolant bits. Been driving it for like 8k miles and other than some ground issues... -

LR4 Ignition Coil Code Issues
Loose 8mm ground on my engine caused the coil pack drivers on the ECU to fry, had to tighten the ground between the cam position sensors and have my ecu cloned into a working one. -

Pulling injectors for valve cover gasket, can I avoid it?
On an engine stand I was able to rotate the injectors 90° and the valve cover clears them without having to pull them. Whether that means the seal is compromised or not is another issue, probably not as I'd imagine the seal stays put and the injector is the only one moving. Also idk if it...
