    Misfires on one side 3L SCV6 2015

    A loose ground in the front by the cam sensors made my bank 2 misfire like that, ended up frying my ECU, well at least the coil pack part of it. Ended up tightening the ground (8mm) and having my ECU cloned to a working one.

    Starter is a timed maintenance item. I believe a cel will be triggered for it at 100k, ignore it and reset it at your own risk. It has to do with the start stop system wear.

    I bought one with a blown engine, did the swap myself. I sourced an XF engine with 12k miles for like $6k, swapped the oil pan, tapped a hole for the oil pick up and installed it along with new seals and upgraded coolant bits.     Pulling injectors for valve cover gasket, can I avoid it?
