Thanks for input. Sound just like my wife's response. Sadly, it's the logical one. I guess it makes sense to spend a year or so with my Mazda and them move. BTW, the CX9 is a nicer vehicle than you give it credit for, if you're not looking to go off road.

So this is in lieu of the OEM side rails? Does it preclude having the side rails in place?
And, I'm taking it you can use a standard Thule bar with this?
