Second post as I'm restricted to 5 pictures. I did 90% of the design before starting the camper conversion. I ended up with 84cm from the sleep plane to the roof (without mattress). The headliner was cut out in the rear section to gain more headspace. Not necessary with a panorama roof.- Hertplatte
