I actually hawked the Jag forums for nearly a year before installing mine. Those guys have been modding these since that engine came out and have it dialed in. Glad they did the trial and error hahaha
As it stands the V8 is fine, I think it's great and if I were to just want a stock LR4 that's what I'd get... However, I much prefer the tuned SCV6 over the NA V8. I feel the additional HP & TQ make it much more responsive in low gear and an overall better performer off-road. That's just based...
I have the velocity AP pulleys & tune for my SCV6 that's rated at 475hp/470tq and I love it. It thrives off-road in low gear going up inclines... Especially with all the weight I have on it. Gas hog though.
Shredded my front upper bushings and beat the crap out of the actual arm at an off-road event and looking to replace. Do not want polys, looking for something comparable to the Meyle HD lowers. It's primarily for heavy off-road use. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
@avslash @Edgyver - y'all notice the rear RCV axles shred the lower boot of the bags from rubbing? Not a big deal but the price you pay for getting the HDs.
