No issues at all. Maximum safe tire diameter without any modification to the vehicle is 31.4" and maximum safe tire section width without any modification to the vehicle is 11.4". Continental 4x4Contact 275/55R19 111H is 30.9" diameter, 11.2" section width (on 8" width rim, 11.4" on 8.5" width... -

2012 lr4 hse 275/55r19 111h I replaced my original Continental 4x4Contact 255/55 111V with Continental 4x4Contact 275/55 111H on my original 8x19" rims. Simply perfect. It should have come with 275/55R19 in the first place.
