Air suspension shock replacement
I replaced my air struts with Arnotts at 173+ miles, today the odometer is reading 233+ and so far the struts are holding my abuse on/off-road like a champ. -

It sounds to me like an alternator ballbearing, I used to drive an old Peugeot 206 with a dying alternator and it sounds pretty similar. -

My Jaguar XF SC suffered the timing chain guide failure. From what I could hear in both videos, I don't think that's the problem in your engine.
