That's a great video Tapps33; thanks for sharing. It's not that easy to find posts describing the location of the Satellite Radio Module (we're guessing SRM) on the LR4; the fact that it's on the passenger side (left hand drive vehicles) and in the trunk (boot for the Brits) makes it quite an interesting location, here's a screenshot of the PowerfulUK guys' Discovery 4 with DAB Radio, I'm assuming the DAB module is replaced with the SRM module in the US market:

This is the DAB module:

I’m not sure whether it replaces the satellite module, but I know we don’t have them here in the US. It’ll look a little different, but that’s where the module is located.

You’re welcome btw! That said, it was the. It’s from PowerfulUK who made the video. Although admittedly, I’ve watched their videos so much, I feel like I should have Tyler here helping me! lol!

Read what I posted above to solve your problem. It is the satellite module.

The rear quarter panel is right next to the 3rd row seating. In order to remove it, you have to remove the lower seatbelt bolt, a Phillips screw about halfway up the rear of the rear door frame, the rear cargo tie downs and trim plate, then the tailgate support wire.

This video explains it A LOT better than I can:

That said, I believe their LR4 is a 2010, so yours will look a little different. Specifically, when you remove the trim panel, you’ll see the amp, satellite module and KVM module right there in front of you. The modules are ideed “labeled” but if you’re wondering which is which, the satellite is the one with the orange fiberoptic wires going into it.

As @Blueaz said, picking up a fiber jumper is a good idea, that way you can just disconnect the fiber, jumper it and see if it fixes your problem. (I’d probably unplug the other connectors too, but you definitely have to jumper the MOST bus for everything else to work.
That guys interior is different than mine. I'm pretty sure mine has AC lines in the cargo area behind the LR panel. He has a big void in his. Perfect space for a diesel heater or a battery pack.

Today I did remove the covers on the rear quarter panel but unfortunately replacing the Satellite Radio Module didn’t work, unless the used one I bought is damaged too, after that I tried unplugging the satellite module connector by connector to see if I can unplug the Satellite radio only but unfortunately every time I removed a connector, the radio, gps, rear camera and sensors stop working.
I’m going to try the get an amplifier replacement and see if it is the cause, I checked online it cost over $ 300.00. When I unplugged every connector on the amplifier it happens the same thing al radio, gps, camera and sensors don’t work. The screen is working as it is ok, the rebooting stops but no radio, no gps, no camera and no sensors.
I checked the infrared wires and they are working I see the red light on both the satellite radio module and the amplifier, for some reason I see the amplifier infrared wire blinks when is connected to the amplifier so I’m thinking maybe the amplifier is the issue.
There is another module behind the black module which they said is the lights module, I did unplugged both of these modules and nothing happens on the radio problem, it keeps rebooting and rebooting.
Do anyone know how to unplug the satellite radio only without losing the radio, camera gps and sensors?
Help please, I’m sick with my Landrover like that, I love this car a lot and I don’t want to bring it to the dealer because I know they are going to charge me a lot and because for now I can’t afford it.

FIXED!!
But I have a question?
Do someone know what module is behind the Satellite radio module, because today I got delivered the

Most Fiber Optic Optical Loop Bypass Female & Male Adapter Universal Connector

And unplugged the fiber optic from the Satellite radio and the power and used the bypass module but it didn’t work. I tried doing the same with the audio video module and it didn’t work but THEN I did follow the wires and found another fiber optic that goes to a module behind the Satellite radio and tried the radio and finally it worked, checked sensors, gps, camera and everything is working fine, I don’t even had to install the bypass fiber optic but I did installed the bypass fiber optic female and male just in case.
The only thing is I don’t know what module it is the one behind the Satellite radio module.
Do someone knows!!

I’m very very HAPPY that I fixed it and finally radios, gps, camera, sensors are working OK.

I’m just worry about what module is behind there with the infrared fiber optic disconnected.
