LR4 Timing Chain repair questions
Previous owner had the water pump replaced. You'd think they'd replace the tensioners with it opened up a bit, what's a little farther going to cost. -

Like I said in an earlier post, I found the "technical bulletin" addressing that rattle / click which I have in my 12' LR4 w/123k miles. I'll provide it again but how is this handled at the dealership? Must they provide the repair at no cost? Is there a time span that it is enforceable and... -

Timing Chain repair costs
Thank you for that clarification. So what good is it? They admit the parts are faulty but LR isn't going to fix it. The $4k cost for the repair isn't even split. I checked for recalls and it had none. -

2012 HSE 5.0 V8 Engine Rattle
Here is the LR technical bulletin for the "rattle/ click" noise and it seems they must provide the repair at no cost. My LR RR HSE naturally aspirated 5.0 has it with only 123k -
