Don't replace the bushing if you find out it's a LCA ---- Just replace the entire control arm with a Atlantic British one. This way you get the ball joint as well.- iSurfvilano

2016 LR4 Landmark - Dash threads breaking near airbag - anyone else have this issue?
This is an issue with the upgraded leather. You can take it to the dealer and make a case for them to replace it as it is a known defect. I was able to get them to pay for the entire dash but I had to pay for the labor. Don't stop trying though, it's possible...you just need to have them...- iSurfvilano

SCV6 Common Leaks

EBC Rotors + EBC GreenStuff 6000 Brake Pads Feedback
I have the same setup. I like them a lot but when off-roading they'll squeal pretty good when exposed to water crossings and mud. More so than the stock setup. Also, do it right the first time and put grade 8 hardware on there. I went up in size, may be overkill but it will outlast the tiny bolts that fit into the factor holes...- iSurfvilano

SYA Spacer/Strap kit
So I purchased the SYA kit from lucky 8. Seems pretty straight forward. However there were 4 brackets that came with it that I have no idea what to do with. 3 are the same, 1 is slightly different. Anyone know?- iSurfvilano

Purchasing Pre-Owned LR4: 2015 vs. 2016
I would only get an HD package regardless of the year. Keep looking until you find one, seriously. The SCV6 is a fantastic motor if you go that route but you would definitely want the HD package so you get the low gear. I've owned 2 rovers with the SCV6s including a RRS, it's great, only...- iSurfvilano

Just replaced mine with EBC rotors and pads...and the sensor. Pretty damn easy. My suggestion is to make sure you have a breaker bar, a slim 17mm wrench (needs to be slim) and something to push the caliper pistons down. I bought a 5 dollar compression tool at advanced auto. Why is the "most capable 4x4" so fragile ?
I just want to take a minute to say I love my LR4. It's never left me stranded, on my 2nd one now... Loved the first one so much I traded it in for one with the rear locker. My current one has 94k miles on it and has been very dependable. It's also the scv6 that everyone bitches about in...- iSurfvilano
