BTW, talked with Ed at "Quality Superhargers Online" eBay store, and was told if you only use syringe to extract, then put 2.5oz back in, if you turn upside down to drain, then put 4.5oz back in. -

Doing the coolant pipes on 2016 L405 HSE that I just bought, AJ126 (SCV6) and only able to drain approx 3oz out of the SC. Approx same amount came out of our 2015 LR4 Lux with same engine/SC. I'm reading 5.1oz needs to go back in when changing fluid, anyone able to get anywhere near 5oz out... -

Heater core swap
Just pulled the complete dash in 2015 to replace the Evaporator down to the firewall. Not a bad job, just take your time. I followed the manual and it was pretty straight forward. I only disconnected the wiring harness from the Dr side, laid it over on the pass side, and lifted the metal dash... -

AC Condenser Replacement Part Quality?
FWIW....I had my system open (lines plugged) for a approx 1 month while I pulled dash to replace my Evap. I pulled several vacuum's and let one hold for 24hrs before I recharged. I did not replace Drier, and AC blows nice and cold, as it did prior to leak in Evaporator. I replaced Evaporator... -

Radiator replacement
I pulled the radiator in wife's 2015 to clean it and replace the bottom foam seal when I did the cross pipes/WP/Therm and all the hoses. IIRC, it was not bad, just go slow and think. I left the condenser in place and connected, as I did not want to drain AC. Just take your time when you wiggle... -

Tips for cleaning radiator?
If it were me, I’d try light compressed air from the other side blowing out with a soft vacuum cleaner brush to help pull it out. Done it many times. -

8-Speed Transmission Pan
Just an FYI....I replaced the pan on my 2105, did not remove exhaust or motor mount, and did not have any issues at all. I think it depends on the tools that you have on hand for this. IIRC I used some specialty short Torx bits with very small ratchet. -
