@GunsAndRovers - I was under that impression as well that 2014 and newer didn't have the timing chain issue. Which was why we looked for a 2015/2016. In talking with both Minneapolis and Omaha technicians they indicated that the newer model LR4s have fewer timing chain issues, but they are still... -

@powershift - I don't have the non JLR part number. I might possibly be able to dig it up. Here is a non-heated JLR part number: LR051567 I asked them to put it in the box and in the back of the LR4 if they can take it off without cracking. I'd be happy to sell it to you if they are successful! -

I'm watching this conversation as I'd like to know if there is a fluid that I can either top off my rear differential or change the fluid myself. My understanding is that only the dealerships (nearest one is 2+ hours away) have the correct fluid and there isn't a compatible spec'd fluid...
