Injector failure?
Could it be some sort of electrical gremlin whereby re-seating, moving, etc. has caused the fault to disappear? At a stretch I could imagine moving the coil and plug could reestablish a better ground? It's weird! -

The front valve block is quite easy to remove, clean and install new seals. I'd be inclined to also spray soapy water on the airspring. It certainly appears you have a leak given the fuse removal. There's been some issues with valve replacement kits; I'll send you a link shortly to the ones... -

Did you also do the middle and rear block? I did the front one first; then the rear one and then the middle one. I was chasing another problem and ended up doing all valves in my hunt for a resolution... It's still sitting pretty! Good luck. -

Wish I could remember to advise you but I don't, as mentioned; the kit worked well, take your time, clean everything up and use a tiny amount of silicon grease to help with the sealing. -

If it was just replaced could it be an issue with how it was fitted, did the sagging happen after it was replaced? I'm a big fan of pulling it apart and looking for silica dust, I believe it wreaks havoc with the operation of the valve. -

Is the Torx bit engaging and spinning but the bolt is not coming out? You seem to be implying that the threads are stripped, not a problem with the Torx given you've removed the three other bolts?
