    Bolts at the transfer case and rear diff are supposed to be single use. Although I don't think they're actually torque to yield. If you're reusing the original stuff be liberal with the blue loctite.

    It doesn't mess with the overall departure angle, but it will require being mindful of high spots when starting any incline. Should be fine for light off-roading.

    There's no resetting of the O2 sensors themselves, they're always on and always reporting a value. Adaptions are for transmission shifts and the overall fuel map. Resetting the fuel map isn't going to do anything for a cat that is triggering "system efficiency below threshold". Your choices...

    I had a fuel cap leak and with some fiddling of the cap and a full auxiliary tank and an almost empty main tank the code went away. It has been less than a day, so we'll see how things go.

    Most likely to be spark plugs, coils, or injectors. Plugs and coils are cheap and easy enough to do. Injectors are a bit more difficult and get you on the slippery slope of "if I'm replacing one injector on this bank ..." Resolve the misfire before it ruins your cats.

    On my 2015 I can see the low pressure fuel pump duty cycle and pressure with my Think Tool. I can't see the fuel injector duty cycle.

    Pretty sure that is just strain relief for the wire. Annoying part of removing the cats are the clamps before the muffler. Bolts to the exhaust headers aren't bad, I used lots of extensions. Replace the bolts and clamp with new hardware and slaz it up with high temp anti-seize. The next guy...
