sorry, this was for use with the old iPhone adapter...

So do you take your 19's off after you come home from the trail? I hardly notice any noise difference with my Nitto All-Terrains that stay on the car full-time. I could see removing Mud-Terrains because of the noise and handling.
Yes, my 20's are all scratched up, I guess it would look a lot...
I had my whole arms replaced and don't regret it, shimmy is completely gone. I did balance the tires and get an alignment before just to make sure. If you go this route, make sure to buy a multi-year alignment, so you can come back and get one after you replace the arms. Indy also mentioned...
I know I'm changing the subject but...
You are having the transmission replaced at 78K miles? What was happening that you made this decision? My indy has warned me that these ZF transmissions are very difficult to rebuild and that's the main thing I should be worried about. What is this going...
Wow, 165K miles! Have an 11' with only 87K miles on her. Waterpump was replaced under warranty a few years back. Any other major issues with your truck? How is the transmission doing? Have you changed the fluid?
Sorry to ask other questions, but I'm not sure how common it is to put 20K+...
I also have the 265/50/20 Terra Grappler G2s and I love them and get compliments on their looks. I don't think there is any noticeable difference in tire noise, but I too listen to the radio when I drive around;) I just took them back down to stock tire pressure. I was over inflating them a...
That's about what I paid at my Indy. He gave me the option of using his press to get the bushings out but said it could take longer if there were any problems. I just figured get the whole new part as opposed to the rubber parts and not worry about the unknown. I asked about the orange...
That's great to hear! Was driving last night to The Everglades late at night to see the Geminid Meteor Shower and between 70-90 there is a slight shimmy. Hoping new brake rotors solve the problem. Read on this thread or another that there is a rubber bearing on the caliper that could also...
Ferodo is one of the OEM's for pads right?
I have a slight shimmy after changing my control arms and getting an alignment. I'm guessing the rotors may be a little warped from over tightening, but there was life on them so I'm sticking with them for a little while longer.
We have the Atom Cybex and the Clek Fnoof, I believe they are 2 of the narrowest car seats, one being for infants and the other a convertible. If I were you, I would remove the center seat of the 2nd row to create captains chairs and have the largest/oldest child seat in the 3rd row, as they...
I have the G2s, can't believe how quite and smooth they ride on the 20's. There are many tire threads, take a look in the search bar to get some more info on other makes.
You should join Florida Land Rover Club, I live in southeast Florida but drive up north for the events. We did Osceola National Forest by the FL/GA border last year and it was a lot of water!
I would focus on Milage, some of the members here are getting around 15K miles for both pads and rotors, others get more. I would do a search and you will find a few threads about brakes, the kinds people use and the milage they get. It really just depends how you drive and where you drive...
I agree with you, we really love the way this thing drives and looks and my wife and I want to keep our '11 LUX for as long as possible. Something tells me that it's not going to last like my family's 1 owner 400K mile '81 Diesel Mercedes S-Class (t-boned in '05. We took it to a body shop just...
Wasn't it very difficult to even find an SE after the very first LR3's with V6's?
I've personally never seen one on an LR4, where even the 3rd row is an option.
I wonder if it will be the same with the 5? Sucks that these things no longer come with the 2 speed transfer case as standard, but as...
In my experience a lot of the HD equipped LR4s have the LUX package as well which come with those 20" wheels.
Looks like your front tire is pretty bald. I have the Nitto Terra Grappler G2's and they are very quiet and very capable All Terrains. They also look pretty damn good in my opinion...

I had my '11 pump replaced last year under warranty. Took it to indy for some service a couple months ago and he said the coolant was a little low and added a liter. He says he sees a liter or 2 drop pretty often, and not to worry especially if you have a brand new pump.
Wife has not tightened the gas cap a few times and have gotten a light to show up. Not sure what the code was, checked it at an Advanced Auto parts for free. Remind them to turn and listen for a "click, click, click";)
Look at the rubber gasket too to see if there are any cracks or signs of...
