I can't recall off hand here, but it sounds like you're not making the radio "save" the new settings. Try turning the radio off with the power button, or something like that. I'm not with my car right now, but I think that's the issue. -

hold the right knob down, that should take you to another menu. You'll see the country etc, shouldn't be too difficult. You may loose your presets though. -

lr3 sun roof

Blue tooth
I put one in my car. You have to get the buttons and all those parts listed above. I installed mine, but found out the dealer has to connect a computer to it to actually enable it. So, either way, it's going to have to be in the dealer, but you can for sure save on the installation. -

Constant 12v power
Inside the ignition. You could tap into a wire that runs directly to the ignition. I haven't done it on the LR3 but I've done it multiple times on my Disco II and other cars. It's how remote starts work. Get a hold of a multimeter, get behind the ignition and just probe the wires. My guess... -

Yeah that's right. Just pull straight up really hard on the LR3 and it pops off. Don't twist tho. -
