Yep; they're basically an online business from what I've seen. Their prices are some of the best in Canada, but the customer service isn't that great (often slow responses, etc, etc - they do have a phone number, and I have gotten through to them in the past).
I jumped in the rear seats of an LR4 in December - seemed to be the same size to me. Sounds like lazy journalism - since SUVs aren't politically correct right now, but you can't attack a manufacturer about it because they provide marketting revenue, it's acceptable to go after the "easy" stuff...
Hi bcaese - I'm in Kitchener, an hour west of you! I picked the screens up from mp3playerstore.com in Montreal; I believe I have details of them on the first page of this post, including pricing, etc, etc.

Sure, though I may not get to it until next week (heading out of town)... The fit is quite well (as well as any aftermarket that I've seen, save for the OEM replacement from China!) - it's "wedged" up under the top lip of the dash into place and doesn't move at all; I even needed to cut back the...
I believe aleby mentioned that he had an installer to the work, but you can DIY with a single set of allen keys as your only real tool. Since the headrests come as a single unit, all you need are a few wire taps and a bit of patience.
I've since gone a little farther on mine and actually...
Likely would by another, or perhaps an LR4 if the price was right. The only thing that would be nice to improve on is the gas mileage, but I'm finding it a very small price to pay in terms of overall ownership...
zulu - what part of Canada are you in? I was doing some searching a while back (6 months?) and tracked down the glass to ~$750 CAD installed... will try to dig up the link.
Just had mine done about a month ago... seems pretty common. The dealership outsources the install, so apparently any autoglass shop can do it - for those of you out of warranty.
I was quoted $6000 CAD from the stealership for the 6yr/100k miles; each 15k miles in Canada costs an extra $150 or so, so it always seems worthwile to pick up a few extra miles.. I think the price is roughly 4k CAD if I call the warranty company directly (the LR one is administered out of...
Sounds similar to my recent ride height sensor experience (I'd also get the "roll-over" warning icon on the dash) - I recently had it replaced which solved the issue - occured mainly when pulling up to a stop light.
For rim repair try this:

I'm not sure about where you'd get factory match rim paint for an LR3 - my BMW uses the same Wurth paint as the Audi in the link. Per Trynian, not sure I'd bother with the LR3 (I'm...
With an '05, I would be pretty tempted to switch it out. If the HDC fault becomes fairly consistent (more so with colder weather), it's often just a failing battery. For better or worse the LR3 is pretty sensitive to the battery's condition...
I had a similar issue, though it only occured at stoplights; turned out to be bad rod that holds the sensor (or bad sensor) - have one on order right now, though frankly it hasn't happened since I brought it in. Dealing /w BK Land Rover in Waterloo (hour west of you), and they've been good so...
I brought the truck in under warranty (~50 miles remaining!); just waiting for a few replacement parts for this and other fixes. Will report back along with what the service records show. May be a week or so, since I'm also booking a loaner and it sometimes means waiting a bit (we get either...
Just had our LR3 in yesterday with what _might_ be a similar problem - I was getting the odd suspension fault when coming to a stop, and the driver's side would lower slightly and I'd get the roll-over icon as well; after a few seconds the fault would clear as would the icon, and all would be...
Hmmm... not sure I quite agree with the definition. I threw some new headrests with DVD/LCDs for the kids in - definitely functionality that wasn't there before, but I'd call it more accessorizing then modifying....
Likewise, is a rack a mod or an accessory? Adds functionality....
BTW -...
You'll also likely need new mounting inserts; they can be fabbed out of wood if you're handy, or are available on eBay, though are a bit pricey for what they are - I think they were somewhere around $15 per pair, but I'll likely buy them anyway just for ease of instal. I'd also0 like to add the...
Hi Ken (?) - welcome aboard; have you gotten your HIDs sorted? Seem to recall you were looking at upgrading... I've posted to one of your threads on RFD; not many canucks hanging out here, but a good group anyway!
(that's a hint to the yanks wondering about your mileage/pricing...
As I recall it's more than just access mode - you can program it to raise and lower through any mode; but with the flashers on, I can't see much point, other then if you were attaching a trailer ...
Houm - for what it's worth they were apparently available last year (according to a local tire guy ) - there was a 6 week wait for me to order some, and I wound up with Pirelli Scorpion Ice & Snows as I didn't want to wait any longer on the crappy GY rubber. Since I never actually ordered it's...
Here's my write up and comments on doing the Innovatek install:
http://www.landroverworld.org/forums/showthread.php?t=14166
I'm using a Pioneer F500BT in the dash (haven't done a write up on it yet) - the unit was ~$170 and has impressed everyone that has seen it...
