Try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. Check the battery ground cable at the body ground. Telematics module could be causing your issues.- Rover Range

Transmission Heat Shield
On the L405 and L494 models. There is a bulletin to remove completely, the bracket and heat shields. Those models, there is a lot less framing around the transmission.- Rover Range

When the braking friction material separates from the brake shoe, the material can get jammed on the drum. This can make the rotor difficult to remove. Wheel bearing noises can be ruled out by driving the vehicle and swerving left to right. See if the noise changes.- Rover Range
