    Mine will do something similar most noticeably at a drive through; almost like it’s going into access height. It is a quicker deflate than usual, and I wondered what it was the first few times.

    I’ve always liked the D2s and thought the 04s were the best. It’s ultimately why I got an lr4; basically a modern D2. I have the same issues as everyone else, their reliability is dodgy, but you can make the lr4 look very similar in coolness.

    Make sure you have the right connections. At least on the scv6 it does not use conventional r-134a, it is r-1234yf which has different size high/low ports

    My main thought process is that at low speeds or sitting, air is pulled in through the side vents, but at higher speed the air passing over the side vents creates negative pressure in the intake tube resulting in the air boxes pulling in air from the engine bay through gaps/drain holes...

    My average from 158 fuel logs and 39k mi. is 15.8mpg. Lowest was 12.5, usually around town I get about 14.

    Check back through the tune thread and there are a couple pages where Fuji4 talks about what he did to upgrade his aux pump and some other theory/tech. Thinking about it, his reason may have been a similar scenario

    I’m not 100% sure but I would suspect Denso; someone else me be able to confirm or correct me. I would also trust NGK or Bosch as an alternative, but they could also be OEM

    @Jimmy Brooks i was going to suggest that; try 1 new plug and 1 new coil on to replace the ones you tested and see if you get better results. If so, then do the rest

    Diagnosing AC Trouble

    Had these symptoms on my Silverado and it was the compressor. Turning A/C off then on worked for a bit, but it finally conked out for good.
