    can someone else with a v8 try using the bypass method immediately after driving to see what it reads?

    but everyone else says this doesnt happen to them, when in theory it shld, because the bypass method is only used when the car has just been driven, or am i thinking about that incorrectly?

    So is it best to take measurement only when the car is completely cold/before driving?

    Last 2 times about 45 mins after gassing up. The obd scanner clears it no problem and then it only comes back after the next time i fill up. Guessing i need to MAF sensors.

    I have no idea but conceptually it makes sense otherwise why wldnt the cruise control bypass work without having to open the hood?

    The guys in the fb group are definitively saying with hood open is a different scale than with hood closed fwiw
