i just went through this on my 07 HSE. it ended up costing me $10k to get all new stuff into the truck and the OEM head unit needed to be retained so its sitting in my glovebox. If LR4 is anything like the RR id say stay away...- ttforcefed

Why do american trucks get much better mpg that the lr4?
2013 lr4 with 162k miles and the mpg has been pretty consistent from 16.8 to 17.4 with pretty consistent combo of town and highway- ttforcefed

I have 162k and im doing my best to get to 200k and beyond. I recently thought i might need a new motor as i was getting some smoke but after replacing the vacuum pump and pvc valve it seems to be better but if the motor does go I’ll probably replace it with one from roverland parts for 14k. Id...- ttforcefed

2012 - Decreased power on incline

The oil monitor did not work because of a tube that was separated in the oil pan. Even with the broken tube there was no notification or warning.- ttforcefed

I really have no idea. I can say with certainty there hasnt been a drop on the floor as i have light grey epoxy that shows everything. As ive mentioned the dash oil indicator never showed more than asking for 1 qt. I have put 500 miles on it and i have this:- ttforcefed
