Did I tear my air suspension by jacking up the rear end?
I agree with Houm on both counts however I noticed that whenever I get my LR3 back from Goodyear it's always set in high mode and read somewhere that if you lift it on a lift you should extend the suspension. I've just never taken the time to check that out. Attached are the manual sections on... -

2006 LR3 VVT Solenoid location?
I'm probably going to look stupid but I don't see that engine having VVT. Attached is the engine section of the shop manual for the 4.0 with no mention of VVT anywhere. The 4.4 manual clearly displays the VVT system in multiple places. -

I drain mine normally and replaced the washer maybe a year ago. Seems like it came with the oil filter though I am at the point that anything over six months I don't remember... -

Lr3 Power Steering Pump Assessment?
It's your choice, I would just order the assembly. When I was younger I ordered a bearing for a SAAB 9000 and was going to press it in but the size difference was enough that I had to drill and tap screw holes on each side of the pulley to hold the bearing in. It wasn't a press fit in other words. -
