LR4 Fuel Issues after alternator fail
I used a napa rebuilt in a pinch ( 4 hours from home) and mine threw code for secondary pump when alternator spiked. Same as you, stalled and wouldn't start. After about 30 min cool down, it acted normal. Replaced with new JLR alternator and no problems. Wonder if you are seeing similar. Where...- MellonRover

Last week I had to get a tow after my alternator was overcharging and voltage spiked something and shut me down while driving downhill. Thermostat to water pump outlet connector
Get the brass one. Much more durable. I found it on Amazon. Don't buy the cheapest though ( even though most are the same). There were reports of the really cheap ones being too small in diameter and not sealing. Piece may be floating around, but going to be hard to find it. Is it possible it...- MellonRover

The sellers wifes lr4 came with rack, ladder, compo's and sliders. She is at stock height so the sliders were an annoyance to them as they would hit their shins getting in and out. Hence the sale.- MellonRover

Those are lucky 8's proud rhinos. Easy install. Regular sockets, impact gun for final tightening, metal trim tool, screwdriver, flashlight and jack used. Oh, and an m8 1.25 tap to chase the threads. Those are the ones that that cover tank and compressor. They have others like in the video that...- MellonRover

Thanks for being the light in the dark Rover. I reset BMS, which ended spikes. But didn't charge at all, ran on battery. Fuseable link looked good. I stopped to pick up rock sliders, and the seller and I installed as them he wanted the plastic trim. After telling him my tale of woe, he took BMS...- MellonRover
